1. Introduction Welcome to FP Carpentry LLC. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided FP Carpentry LLC offers carpentry, remodeling, and custom construction services. All services are subject to availability and budget approval.

3. Estimates and Payments

• Provided estimates are valid for 30 days.
• An initial deposit may be required before work begins.
• Full payment must be made as agreed in the service contract.
• Late payments may result in additional charges or service suspension.

4. Project Modifications

• Any changes to the project scope must be requested in writing.
• Changes may result in additional costs and adjusted timelines.

5. Warranty and Liability

• FP Carpentry LLC guarantees the quality of the services provided for a period of X months.
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance.
• Complaints must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least X days in advance.
• Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• FP Carpentry LLC reserves the right to cancel services in cases of non-payment or improper client conduct.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

• All personal information provided is protected and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

8. Applicable Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Connecticut.
